<p>Salad<br />
1 &#8211; 1 lb pre-packaged cole slaw mix<br />
1/2 bunch scallions &#8211; sliced including the green tops<br />
1 pkg Ramen noodle mix-beef flavor broken<br />
1 cup sunflower seeds<br />
1 cup sliced almonds-toasted</p>
<p>Dressing<br />
Package of beef flavoring from Ramen noodle package<br />
1/3 cup of olive oil<br />
1/3 cup sugar<br />
3 tablespoons white vinegar</p>
<p>Add all ingredients and shake.  The dressing is best if it can be mad ahead of time<br />
so the flavors blend together.</p>
<p>Empty cole slaw mix into a large bowl.  Add green onions.  Break ramen noodles and add to<br />
bowl just before serving along with the sunflower seeds and the almonds (reserve some for<br />
the top).  Add dressing and toss.  Serve immediately so the noodles, sunflower seeds and<br />
almonds stay crunchy.</p>
